The food was awesome as always! I live in Southaven, but any time I am in the Cordova area, I always stop at Danvers BUT, my review is not about the food at all. It is about the exceptional customer service that I received from the two young ladies working the front counter. I wish I had thought to look at their name tags, but regretfully, I did not. From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was greeted warmly and cheerfully by both young ladies. My order included salads and baked potatoes. They made sure that I had everything that I needed in terms of containers for my potato toppings, my salad dressings, they offered to get my beverages for me (carry out) they made sure I had a beverage holder, I mean the whole nine yards. They absolutely went above and beyond and FAR exceeded all expectations. I complimented them while I was there and told them they had provided me with excellent customer service , and that I was so refreshed and appreciative by and of their kindness. They both smiled sheepishly and replied, " we try". I told them that they knocked it out of the park, and that their level of customer care and respect was practically non-existent anymore. I just felt that in a society where we rarely, if ever, see this type of attention to detail and responsiveness to a customer's needs, that these two young women deserved to be recognized! I hope that you will pass this along to them along to them and recognize how valuable these two associates are to your business and its continued growth. Thank you again for the great food, but most of all, for the exemplary service that I received in your establishment. If it helps to identify the 2 associates, I was in your store on the evening of 9/24/26 around 6:30 pm. One young lady was an African-American, petite, with a short hairstyle, the other was a young white female, long wine colored hair. Thanks for reading my lengthy post. I did not know what to expect when I ordered the t-bone because the picture of the t-bone does not look appetizing. So I was surprised at how big it was and delicious it was along with being very tender. I will order it again.

I usually get the burger and baked potato. In times past, the meat has been really good but now the quality of the beef patty has declined. It appears to have more fat and grizzle which are very unappealing. The grizzle gets stuck in my teeth. The baked potato was good but the size of the potato has decreased greatly.
